Letter from the Co-Chairs

Dear Friends,

The fourth annual Bringing Hope to Life Celebrity Human Race in support of the Health Sciences Centre Foundation is nearly upon us, and we couldn’t be more excited for the two-day event to start!

There are many ways to support the HSC Foundation and bring hope to life for patients and their families, but we are sure that the Celebrity Human Race is the most fun you can have while supporting this great cause. It’s a weekend of racing around Winnipeg, competing in exciting challenges, and bumping shoulders with a host of well-known celebrities at exclusive race-weekend events!

Teams who sign up for this event should all be commended, as they provide significant funds for life-saving research, new technology, and improved facilities at HSC. Organizations who partner with us also play a vital role in the success of the event, and we can’t thank you enough.

As co-chairs of one of the HSC Foundation’s signature fundraising events, we are honoured to count ourselves amongst the teams, sponsors, donors, volunteers, and staff at the HSC Foundation who are all making a difference for Manitoba families who rely on HSC for their medical care.

So a huge thank you to everyone who is participating in the event in any fashion, and if you aren’t yet involved, we encourage you to sign up a team, make a donation, sponsor the event, or volunteer your time to help make this year’s race one for the record books, and one that will make a significant difference for people in our community.
